体外抑菌法优化鹅掌风醋浸剂组方 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过体外抑菌实验优化鹅掌风醋浸剂组方。方法根据鹅掌风醋浸剂制备工艺制备鹅掌风原组方、各单味药材以及组方各缺一味药材提取液,考察其对白色念珠菌、石膏样毛癣菌的抑菌能力大小,确定新组方的药味组成。结果鹅掌风醋浸剂组方提取液对白色念珠菌的MIC(最小抑菌浓度)为0.625g.ml-1,对石膏样毛癣菌的MIC为1.25g.ml-1;大黄对白色念珠菌的抑菌能力最强,土荆皮、花椒对石膏样毛癣菌的抑菌能力最强,百部和苦参对这两种菌的抑菌能力最弱。结论鹅掌风醋浸剂新组方为土荆皮、花椒、大黄和黄柏四味药材组成。优化方对白色念珠菌、石膏样毛癣菌抑菌能力与原组方相当。 Aim To optimize the prescription of acetract of ezhangfeng through experiment of Vitro-bacteriostasis.Methods According to preparation technology of the acetract of ezhangfeng,extract of original prescription of the acetract of ezhangfeng,each single medical material and each short of false indigo herb of origin prescription was prepared to carry out the experiment of vitro-bacteriostasis to candida albicans and trichophyton mentagrophytes.According to the result of bacteriostasis about each extract,the original prescription was optimized.Results The minimum inhibition concentration(MIC)of extract of composing prescriptions on candida albicans and trichophyton mentagrophytes are 0.625g·ml^-1and 1.25g·ml^-1.To candida albicans,the bacteriostatic ability of rhubarb is the strongest.To trichophyton mentagrophytes,the bacteriostatic ability of pseudolarix and Chinese prickly ash is the strongest.To both Fungous,Sophora flavescens and Radixstamonae the ability is the weakest.Conclusion The new composing prescriptions are pseudolarix,Chinese prickly ash,rhubarb and cortex phellodendri.They have good bacteriostatic ability to candida albicans and trichophyton mentagrophytes.
