摘要
本文在粘塑性本构方程基础上,对半宽与高相等的矩形盒零件进行了超塑性胀形力学解析,对变形危险点的应变速率加以最优控制,以使材料厚度分布相对均匀,并提高了成形极限。
Based on the viscousplastic constitutive equation, this paper attempts a theoretical analysis on a rectangular box with a equal mid - width and height. With the method of controlling strain - rate to be the optimum, we can get a better thichness distribution in the section and a higher forming limit.
