摘要
用动态热机械分析法研究了固化参数、增塑剂含量、不同助剂对HTPB/TDI聚氨酯弹性体的动态力学损耗的影响。结果表明:在所研究的HTPB/TDI聚氨酯弹性体的动态力学谱中,出现了两个损耗峰:其中低温峰(β峰)对应于HTPB聚合物的玻璃化转变:常温峰(α峰)对应于聚合物链中硬段微区的损耗峰。随固化参数提高,常温峰高下降;增塑剂DOS的加入使常温峰向低温方向移动,使峰高大幅度上升;而防老剂H的加入却使其向高温方向移动,峰高大幅度上升。
The effects of curing ratio, plasticizer content and various auxiliary agents on the dynamic mechanical damping of HTPB polyurethane elastomer are investigated by dynamic thermal mechanical analysis(DMA).There are two peaks in the DMA spectra of HTPB polyurethane elastomer:the low temperature peak ( β ) relates to the glass transition of HTPB binder,whereas the higher ( α ) relates to the glass transition of hard segments.The results also reveal that the height of α peak decreases as curing ratio increasing.Adding DOS alters α peak to lower temperature,but enhances the height significantly.Adding antioxident H shifts α peak to higher temperature and raises the height remarkably.
