摘要
基于Fick质量迁移理论,采用有限元素法,分析固体推进剂药柱中水分的扩散;基于化学反应动力学,分析饱和聚氨酯推进剂中的水解和热降解反应所引起的粘合剂交联密度的变化,进而计算温度、湿度条件对长期贮存该类推进剂模量的影响。
Based on Fickian mass transport theroy, water diffusion in a solid propellant grain is analyzed with the finite element method (FEM). Based on chemical kinetic approach, the change of the binder crosslink density caused by hydrolysis reaction and thermal degradation in the saturated polyurethane (PU ) propellant is analyzed and the change of the modulus caused by ambient temperature and humidity is calculated.
