基于“纵横向”拉开档次法的水环境综合评价 被引量:9

摘要 为了达到充分挖掘原始数据中隐含的统计规律的目的,避免在水环境评价中存在的"失真"现象,结合滦河下游地表水环境进行分析计算,采用"纵横向"拉开档次法进行时序综合权重计算,并与"横向"拉开档次法动态权重计算结果进行比较。结果表明:滦河下游地表水水质1998~2003年总体趋势是不断恶化的,处于下游的滦县和小定府庄两站最差,1999年冷口、崖口和邱庄水库三站水质出现恶化突变,2001年冷口站地表水水质有明显改善,随后又急速恶化,其他各站6年来水质变化平稳。 In order to dig connotative statistic orderliness from originality data well,avoiding distortion phenomenon on water environment evaluation,Luan-he river downstream surface water environment was analyzed,adopting "Vertical and Horizontal" scatter degree method to calculate time series comprehensive weight,and comparing with dynamic weight calculation result of " Horizontal" scatter degree method.The results showed that Luan-he river downstream surface water quality was worse and worse as a whole from 1998 to 2003,Luanxian and Xiaodingfu village was the worst on downstream,the abrupt change points appeared on Lengkou,Yakou and Qiuzhuang reservoir in 1999,surface water quality had clear improvement on Lengkou in 2001,later quickly worsen,the others stations was steady in the six years.
