摘要
为了能够科学便捷地评价不同地区的水利现代化发展水平,在依据层次分析法构建的水利现代化评价指标体系的基础上,提出了采用目标距离法原理来确定其各层指标权重的新方法,兼顾了主、客观赋权方法的优点。实例研究的结果表明,评价结果与实际情况相符,并能促进水利现代化的均衡发展。
Water conservancy modernization is a developmental process from traditional water conservancy to modern water conservancy. There is a different connotation of water conservancy within different areas and different stages. According to the analytic hierarchy process （AHP）, the water conservancy modernization index system was ascertained. A method of determining the index weight was presented on the basis of optimization, and was adopted in each layer of index system. This method is practicable and can and reduce artificial impacts.
