摘要
为建立利用蛋白质检测转基因大豆的较稳定的新方法,采用SDS-PAGE蛋白质电泳方法对转基因大豆和非转基因大豆进行检测,初步研究发现转基因大豆中大约45 ku蛋白带的表达量明显强于非转基因大豆中相对应的蛋白带,通过固定转基因大豆的上样量,逐渐增加非转基因大豆的上样量进一步验证了结果。以国内不同品种的非转基因大豆进行SDS-PAGE蛋白电泳检测,初步排除了结果偶然性的产生。
In order to establish a new stable method of detecting genetically modified soybeans,genetically modified soybeans and non-genetically modified soybeans were tested by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis.It was found that the amount of the soybean protein with about 45 ku in genetically modified soybeans was more than that of non-genetically modified soybeans.The result was verified further by fixing the sampling volume of genetically modified soybeans and gradually increasing the sample volumes of non-genetically modified soybeans.And different species of non-genetically modified soybeans from the domestic were selected as control in order to exclude the accidence of the results.
