基因芯片是近年来迅速发展的一门生物高新技术,它以其能够快速、高效、大规模地同步检测生物遗传信息的卓越功能而得到发展。在基因测序、基因表达分析、药物筛选、基因诊断等领域显示出重要的理论和实用价值。作者就基因芯片技术的原理、技术要点以及在病原微生物检测中的应用作一综述。
The gene chip is a high and new technique in biological world and develoing quickly in recent years, it can examine the living creature heredity information lastly, efficiently on a large scale and synchronous level and be developing. ; And it displays the important theories with the practical value on determining genetic sequence, genetic expressing analysis, drugs screening, gene diagnosis and so on . This text is done an overview on the gene chip technical principle, its technique important point and its application in the pathogenic microorganism examination.
