摘要 利用火焰原子吸收光谱法,测定了紫甘薯中微量营养元素锌和铜的含量,在最佳的试验条件下,锌铜的检出限分别为0.015 mg/kg、0.005 4μg/kg,紫甘薯中锌、铜的含量分别为76.164 2μg/g和3.032 0μg/g,回收率为99.13%~107.56%。本试验结果对紫甘薯的生产、开发研究具有实际应用意义。 Purple potato have received more and more attention for their different physiological functions. The concentration of copper and zinc in purple potato have been determined by FAAS. In the optimal condition, the DL of zinc and copper are 0.015 mg/kg and 0.005 4 μg/kg respectively. The concentration of zinc is 76.164 2 μg/g, and copper is 3.032 0 μg/g. The recovery ratio by standard addition ranges from 99.13 % to 107.56 %. These results afford reference data for the production and research of purple potato.
