摘要
综述近年来水产品中药物残留的高效液相色谱检测技术的应用研究进展,这些应用包括氯霉素类、大环内脂类、四环素类、氨基糖苷类等抗生素残留的检测,还包括对磺胺类及其增效剂、喹诺酮类、喹恶啉类、硝基呋喃类等化学合成抗菌药物及对抗寄生虫药物残留的测定。
The progress on high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） technique for determination of drug in fishery products was reviewed, including in detecting of antibiotics such as chloramphenicols, macrolides, tetracyclines, aminoglycosides. Some methods for analyzing of sulfonamides, quinolones, Quinoxaline-1, 4-dioxides and nitrofurans as chemical synthesis antibacterial agents and some antiparasite drug residue were also discussed.
