2004年1月1日起实施的《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》(GB13223-2003)与旧排放标准(GB13223-1996)相比在适用范围、时段划分、执行标准等方面有较大调整。阐述了新旧标准的有关区别,并根据新标准要求对采用的技术路线及电站脱硫市场情况进行了分析。
From 1 st January of 2004, fossil-fuel power plant new atmospheric pollutant emission standard (GB13233-2003) begins to be carried out, which has relatively great adjustment with the old one in the field of applicability, period division and voluntary standards. This article introduces the differences between two standards and analyzes the technical line and market condition based on the requirement of new standard.
