摘要
在完成临床医学学科评估的基础上,建立一套适合医技科室的评估体系。通过评估发现医技科室的优势、现状及未来发展的瓶颈问题,为制定学科发展规划提供了依据。
At the base of clinical medical discipline ranking, Our hospital set up a set of evaluation system for Department of Medical Technology. Through organizing and implementing of discipline ranking and analyzing the results, we found out the advantages of these departments, the bottlenecks for further development, and pointed out the scientific basis for making discipline ranking scheme.
