摘要
通过建立专门的学科评估等级管理体系，制定临床医学学科评估相关文件，分别从医疗、科研、教学、学科队伍和支撑条件5个方面对医院临床学科进行评估，以了解我院的学科建设情况，遴选临床重点学科。详细介绍了我院制定的《临床医学学科评估实施管理办法》和《临床医学学科评估指标和标准》，说明我院这套临床学科评审体系是合理的、全面的、切实可行的，其可以客观评价并全面促进科室的建设水平。
Based on the establishment of grade management system and relevant documents on clinical subject evaluation, the clinical subjects in our hospital are evaluated from five aspects including medical treatment, scientific research, teaching, research team and support conditions to understand the current status of subject construction and to select the key subjects. The ＂implementation and management of clinical subject evaluation＂ and the ＂clinical subject evaluation indicators and standards＂ are introduced. The clinical subject evaluation system is proved to be reasonable, comprehensive and practical, which can provide objective evaluation and improve the level of department construction.
