摘要
简述协同学理论的基本内容,论证Information Commons的系统特性,从重视协同作用、关注系统中的序参量、理解役使原理在系统演化中的作用等三个方面分析协同学理论对Information Commons建设的意义,详细分析并论证Information Commons的诞生过程、建设规划制定与结构模式设计、具体实施过程与运行管理等三个侧面中所蕴含的协同学理论内涵。
The basic content of synergetic theory is outlined. The systematic characteristics of information commons are demonstrated. The significance of the synergetic theory to the construction of information commons is analyzed from the aspects of emphasizing the synergistic effect, focusing on the order parameter in systems and understanding the function of slaving principal in systematic evolution. The connotation of synergetic theory which is implicated in the born process, the construction planning and the structural model design, the implementation process and the operation management of information commons is analyzed and demonstrated in details.
