摘要
目的观察瑞芬太尼与氯胺酮合用对小鼠学习记忆的影响。方法按分层随机区组设计将小鼠分为3组:瑞芬太尼+生理盐水(R)组、氯胺酮+生理盐水(K)组、瑞芬太尼+氯胺酮(RK)组。用跳台实验分别观察小鼠潜伏期和错误次数,以评估药物对小鼠的学习记忆功能的影响。结果用药后第1天,与RK组相比,R组潜伏期和错误次数均减少(P<0.05),K组错误次数减少(P<0.05);用药后第2天,与RK组相比,R组和K组的潜伏期和错误次数均减少(P<0.05);用药后第3天,各组间潜伏期和错误次数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼与氯胺酮合用能增强损害小鼠学习记忆的能力,但不会造成持久的学习记忆能力障碍。
Objective To investigate the effects of the combination of remifentanil with ketamine on the learning and memory in mice. Methods The mice were divided into 3 groups by randomized stratification: remifentanil+NS(R) group,ketamine+NS(K) group and remifentanil+ ketamine(RK) group,Step-down test were conducted to evaluate the effects of combination of remifentanil and ketamine on the latency period and number of errors in terms of learning and memory function. Results Compared with RK group,on day 1,the latency period and the number of errors were curtailed in R group(P0.05),and the number of errors was curtailed in group K(P0.05);on day 2,the latency period and the number of errors were curtailed in both group R and group K(P0.05).However,on the third day no significant differences in the latency period or the number of errors between groups were detected in the step-down test(P0.05). Conclusion The combination of remifentanil with ketamine aggravates the learning and memory impairment in mice,instead of leading to persistent learning and memory defect.
