摘要
通过温室盆栽实验,探讨了硫酸铵与有机碳源(葡萄糖和羧甲基纤维素钠)配合使用提高黄筋泥及红砂土中氮肥利用效率的微生物机制。结果表明,配施有机碳不仅明显增加了红壤微生物量中的碳、氮,而且还提高了黑麦草的干物质量及植物吸氮量。相对而言,在黄筋泥上的配施效果优于红砂土。因此,配施有机碳源能提高氮素的植物有效性,其重要机制是通过增加土壤微生物的数量和活性从而使施用的氮素更好地被转化和利用。
It was observed by greenhouse pot experiments that the application
of nitrogen fertilizer in combination with organic carbon (Glucose and carboxymethyl cellulose)
might improve the dry matter yield and nitrogen uptake of ryegrass, and increase carbon and
nitrogen microbial biomass for the two tested red soils. In comparison, the effect in the clayey
soil was superior to that in the sandy soil. These results suggested that the enhancement of
soil nitrogen availability and fertilizer utilization efficiency could be achieved by improving the
volume and the activity of the microbial biomass.
