摘要
为提高锅炉燃烧稳定性，满足机组调峰需要，采用稳燃腔燃烧器对东风汽车公司热电厂ＷＧＺ２２０／１１０－４型锅炉下层燃烧器进行改造，配置小油枪系统以达到稳定燃烧，提高锅炉低负荷稳燃能力，节约点火、助燃用油的目的。
In order to improve the stability of coal combustion pro-cesses in utility boilers and to meet the needs of load changeof units, the cavity bluff-body stabilizer, disposed with asmall-scale oil nozzle system, was used to remake thelow-level burners of boilers of WGZ200/100-4 in the ThemalPower Plant of Dongfeng Automobile CorporationThe stability of the combustion processes in the boilers hasbeen intensified, the capability of stabilizing combustion at lowload levels increased, and the oil used for ignition andstabilizing combustion saved.
