摘要
对爱依斯万方电力有限公司 1号锅炉燃烧器在设计和运行方面出现的问题进行了比较准确的分析 ,并运用稳燃腔燃烧器及分级燃烧技术等对其进行了改造。改造后锅炉可在 4 0 %负荷下稳燃 ,炉膛出口两侧烟温偏差在 2 0℃以内 ,飞灰可燃物降低 ,掉大渣灭火次数减少 。
A comparatively accurate analysis of troublesome problems occurred in design and operation aspects of burners used originally on boiler No 1 at Ais Wang Fang Power Company Ltd has been carried out, and the said boiler was retrofitted using burners with combustion-stabilizing cavity and technique of combustion in steps. After retrofitting, the said boiler can keep sustained combustion under load of 40%, the difference of flue gas temperature at both sides of the furnace outlet being within 20℃, the outfire times due to dropping of big lump slag being decreased. The effectiveness of retrofit to be remarkable.
