乳牙生理性根吸收机制的研究进展

摘要 乳牙生理性根吸收是导致乳牙脱落的一种特有的生理性现象。为研究其分子机制,国内外学者进行了大量试验,结果显示核因子-κB受体活化因子及其配体和骨保护蛋白及白细胞介素等因子在这一过程中起到了重要的作用。下面就乳牙生理性根吸收的特点和分类、破牙细胞对乳牙生理性根吸收的作用和展望等作一综述。 Deciduous root resorption is a physiological phenomenon that results in exfoliation of the deciduous teeth.To date,numerous experiments have been done by the researchers all over the world.It showed that recep-tor activator of nuclear factor-κB-receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand-osteoprotegerin,interleukin and other factors might regulate the tooth root resorption,and contribute to the complex process.This article will sum-marize the research progress of the deciduous root physiological resorption,and also want to put forward some new approaches.
