摘要
化学镀Co-B合金层镀态下为非晶态结构,有较高的矩形比,矫顽力较低。镀层 越厚,矫顽力越低。镀液的pH值越高,矫顽力越高。热处理后,化学镀Co-B合金层将发生 晶化转变,析出第二相和同素异构转变,矫顽力会明显提高。
Electroless Co- B alloy coating is amorphous as plated with lower coercive force higher square- ness ratio. The thicker the coating, the smaller the coercive force. The higher the PH value of the plating bath, the larger the coercive force. After the coating is heated, Co2B phase depeition, crystallization and al- lortopic transformation of the coating take place, and coercive force of the coating is improved remarkably.
