摘要
提出了将热泵系统应用于软胶丸干燥过程的新型工艺流程，并对该热泵系统进行了优化设计计算。以此为依据所建造的ＴＸＬ型软胶丸干燥机的实际运行结果表明，该新型干燥机彻底解决了原干燥工艺存在的种种问题，所设计的热泵系统具有显著的节能效果，其能耗仅为原干燥工艺能耗的１／９。
A new drying technology using heat pump for soft shell capsules is proposed and the optimization design for this special heat pump system was introduced. TXL model dryers for soft shell capsules are made according to this design. Practical use of this new dryer shows that all the problems existing in the past drying mode have been solved and the heat pump system can save energy greatly.
