摘要 分别将甘草、红枣、山楂加热浸提制取汁液,然后按一定比例混合。其酸味剂,色素,防腐剂等均来自原料提取的汁液,不添加任何食品添加剂,集天然性、营养价值和保健功能于一体,产品色泽、口感、风味优于同类饮品。 Juices were extracted respectively from heated licorice,red date and haw and mixed at a certain ratio.The acidifying agents,colourings,preservatives,etc. all originated from the juices without the addition of food additives.The drink is featured by its naturality,nutritious value and health beneficial effect,and superior to the products of the same kind in the aspects of colour,mouthfeel and flavour.
