以枸杞叶为原料，开发研制具有保健作用的枸杞叶饮料及枸杞叶茶。介绍了这两种饮品的生产工艺，并对其护色方法及稳定性进行了探讨。
Health beneficial Lycium chinense leaf beverage and tea are developed.The production technology for the two products is described,and the colour fixation and stability studied.
