摘要
浑水高速流中掺气抗磨蚀可能性,在文献[1]中作了定性论证,在专门实验的基础上,本文又得出了浑水高速流磨蚀作用的估算公式。公式显示,含沙水流对边壁材料的磨蚀率随流速、含沙浓度的加大而加大,随材料强度、掺气浓度的加大而减小,定量肯定了浑水掺气抗磨的效果。
Based on the results of experiment on a model, the author obtained a prelimi nary conclusion that aeration could be one of the measures for abrasion resistance of material (reported in Reference). This paper describes the recent result of further research on the subject, which give some formulas for estimating the effect of aeration on abrasion resistance. The formulas show that the abrasion rate rises with the increasings of flow velocity and sediment concentration, but lowers down with the risings of material strength and air content in the flow, and give quantitative assesment of the effect of aeration on abrasion resistance.
