含沙高速水流掺气特性和掺气抗磨作用 被引量:3

Characteristics of Aeration in High velocity Sediment Flow and the Effect of That on Abrasion Resistance of Boundary Material

摘要 基于大量模型试验和原型观测资料的统计分析,提出了过掺气坎急流挟气能力和坎下游掺气保护长度的整套公式。这些公式计及了弗劳德数、雷诺数、含沙浓度和几何边界参数,具有消除尺度效应的清、浑水通用性。还基于高速浑水循环系统中进行的掺气抗磨专门试验研究,提出了预报边壁材料磨蚀率的公式,公式表明磨蚀率随流速、含沙浓度提高而增大,随材料强度、掺气浓度增大而减小,定量地肯定了含沙水流掺气抗磨的实效。 n the basis of model tests and prototype observation,83 sets of aeration data are analyzed. Then, a series of formulae for estimating the air entraining capacity of the flow over the ramp and the protected length below the ramp are proposed,Because Reynolds number and sediment concentration as well as Froude number and geometry parameters are all taken int consideration,these fourmulae may be used for hydraulic design of outlet structures of any scale,The experimental study on the effect of aeration on abrasion resistance of material in sediment flow has been done by the help of a special circulating system with high velocity,and 35 sets of data have been observed. Based on the regression analysis for these data,a formula for predicting the abrasive wear caused by sediment flow is given. It shows that the abrasion rate is related to the flow velocity , the sediment content,the strength of material and the air concentration. The thicker the air concentration,the lighter the abrasion.
