摘要
总结５２例大型垂体腺瘤临床特点和采用经蝶手术治疗的经验。结果：全组病例均经确诊，手术治疗后临床症状改善及内分泌变化较术前好转，效果满意。认为：大型垂体腺瘤的诊断靠临床表现与ＣＴ和ＭＲＩ相结合，选择合适病人采用经蝶入路手术可获良好效果，且并发症少。
The clinical characteristics and transsphenoidal surgery treatment experiences of 52 patients with macro-pituitary adenoma had been summarized. It indicated that all cases had been correctly diagnosed and that the clinical symtoms had been progressed after surgery and that the internal secretion had been better than before surgery, so the results were good. It was concluded that the diagnosis of macro-pituitary adenoma can be relied on the combination of clinical symptoms with CT and MRI. The transsphenoidal surgery for adaptive patients could have got better results and had less complication.
