颈外动脉及其分支结扎后对颌面部血流影响的动物实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 颈外动脉结扎术是预防和治疗头面部严重出血的重要方法之一。本文应用25只新西兰大白兔,分别结扎右颈外动脉;双侧颈外动脉;右颈外动脉+右侧分支血管及右侧颈外动脉分支血管。分别于术前、术后即刻、术后1、2、4、5、24小时测量唇部、面颊部、下眼睑的血流值,结果显示术后1、2、3小时血流变化有差异,4。 Abstract It is one of the most important methods to prevent and treat severe bleeding of maxillary and facial region to ligate external carotid artery (ECA).Many scholars point out that this method is effective in controlling bleeding in some head and neck operations and also effective to treat epistaxis.But others thought this method can't get the purpose because abundant collateral circulation will be founded after ligation of ECA.Wether to ligate ECA and its branches or embolize have not concluded.We ligate different level of ECA and its branches,using laser Doppler flowmetry to observe the change of blood flow in maxillary and facial region.The purpose of this article is try to confirm which ligative method is most effective to decrease bleeding,when the collateral circulation is founded and which is the main collateral circulation.
