摘要
目的:为临床合理应用心脑血管类中成药提供参考。方法:结合中医药基本理论与相关文献,总结、分析目前综合性医院西医师应用心脑血管类中成药的常见问题。结果与结论:西医应重视辩证用药、慎选剂型、熟知中成药的组成及注意事项,合理配伍,正确掌握药物治疗的剂量和疗程,将中医的辩证施治与西医的辨病治疗有机结合起来,取长补短,确保心脑血管类中成药安全有效地用于临床。
OBJECTIVE：To provide references for rational application of cardio-cerebrovascular Chinese patent drugs.METHODS：Common problems on the application cardio-cerebrovascular Chinese patent drugs by physicians of western medicine in comprehensive hospital were analyzed based on the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine to summarize key points of it.RESULTS CONCLUSION：In the clinical use of Chinese patent drugs,the physicians of western medicine should attach importance to clinical differentiation of syndromes,choice of dosage form,know more about the compositions of drugs,notice for drug use and formulate rational compatibility of drugs.They should also master correct dose of drug and the course of treatment in drug therapy and combine western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine dynamically to guarantee the safety and effectiveness of Chinese patent drugs.
