摘要
目的了解中药注射剂不良反应的发生特点。方法对某大学附属医院2007年1月-2007年12月上报国家药品不良反应监测中心数据库的中药注射剂不良反应进行分析,对是否询问患者药物致变态反应史、稀释用的溶剂、药物配伍、滴速等因素进行重点分析。结果中药注射剂的不良反应与使用方法有关。结论中药注射剂的使用应进行合理规范,以减少不良反应的发生。
Objective To understand the characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ADR） of traditional Chinese medicine injection. Methods The data of 46 ADR cases was analyzed, including whether asking patients＇ drug allergy history, solvent of drug, compatibility of drugs, infusion speed, and so on. Results The ADRs of traditional Chinese medicine injection were related to the usage. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine injection should be used reasonably to guarantee the safe and drug use.
