摘要
本文报导了用浮区法生长Y_3Fe_5O_(12)(YIG)晶体的生长工艺。分析了用这种方法生长YIG晶体的优点。同时测量了用浮区法生长的YIG晶体的透过率和旋光度分别为68％和220°/mm。
In this paper, the growth of YIC crystals by floating zone me-thod is reported. The advantages of this method are analized. The transparencyand optical rotation of these crystals were determined to be 68% and 22°/mmrespectively.
