摘要
本文叙述邻苯二甲酸氢钾(KAP)单晶内部缺陷的X射线投影形貌术研究。实验结果表明主要缺陷是:伯格斯矢量b=±[110]和±[110]的滑移位错和位错环;b=±[100]、±[100]和±[101]的一般位错;母液包裹、气泡或空洞;平行于{111}和{011}型晶面的生长层,以及{111}型平面状缺陷等。同时扼要讨论了它们的可能成因。
Imperfections in the (100), (010) and (001) crystal plates ofKAP cut from different growth zones were studied by means of X-ray diffrac-tion topography. Experimental results show that they are mainly the dislocationswith Burgers vectors b=±[110], ±[110] and ±[101] including the glide disloca-tions or dislocation loops with b=±[110] and±[110], aqueous inclusions, gasbubbles or vacancies, growth layers parallel to{111} and {011} planes and planardefects of {111} types etc. Their origins were discussed briefly.
