摘要
我们采用以 Pb(NO_3)_2和(NH_4)_2MoO_4为原料,用沉淀法合成 PbMoO_4多晶,进而用提拉法生长 PbMoO_4单晶,保证了原成份配比,提高了晶体质量。
High quality PbMoO_4 single crystals were grown by the CZtechnique from PbMoO_4 polycrystals prepared by precipitating the aqueous so-lution of the mixtures of Pb(NO_3)_2 and(NH_4)_2MoO_4.
