摘要
采用不同的配料方法,改进生长工艺条件,生长优质PbMoO_4晶体。测试了晶体的透过率、双折射梯度、消光比和声光品质因数。研究克服了PbMoO_4晶体中出现的缺陷。
In this paper using diffrent burden methods and improving growth technological conditions.High quality crystal are grown by CZ method; The transmissivity birefringent gradient, extinction ratio and acoustics figure of merit of crystals were determined, Defects in the crystals were researched and overcomed。
