摘要
本文提出了一种在工程上易于实现的毫米波宽带扫频源实时闭环非线性校正系统,并对校正原理作了详细描述。在系统结构上采用了平衡通道频率补偿技术、中频锁相跟踪技术和开环预校正技术。本系统能将3mm波Gunn振荡器大于10%的最大原始非线性校正到约001%,能满足3mm波高精度近距LFMCW雷达的实际需要。
This paper introduces a real time closed loop nonlinearity correcting system for 3mm wave wideband frequency sweep generator which is easily realized in engineering and its correcting principle is described in detail.In the system, we adopt a balance channel frequency offset structure,phase locked IF tracking technique and opened loop precorrection.The system can correct the nonlinearity of 3mm wave Gunn oscillator from above 10% to about 0 01% and can satisfy the practical needs of the 3mm wave high precision short range LFMCW radar.
