摘要
本文从理论上提出了一种线性调频连续波(FMCW)信号调频线性度校正的迭代算法,该算法可精确地实现线性调频,利用迭代过程中的频率误差函数可进行线性度测量.基于此,研制了FMCW信号线性度校正与测量系统,对3mm波VCO的实验结果表明,校正后的最大瞬时线性度优于0.016%,均方根线性度优于0.007%.
An iterative algorithm of sweep linearity correction for FMCW signals is presented in this paper. This algorithm can perfectly realize linear frequency modulation. Additionally, the frequency error functions obtained in iterative process can be used for linearity test. so a linearity correction and test system for FMCW signals is developed. The experimental results with a 3mm VCO prove that the maximum instantaneous linearity and mean square root linearity after correction are high to 0. 016% and 0. 007% respectively.
