Abstract A direct electro optic modulating system
utilizing transparent crystal GaP is reported. The authors have measured the CPW structure on the
GaP substrate, obtained the curves between the input voltage and the output electro optic signal
and 26mV·Hz -12 sensitivity, analyzed the output properties of GaP crystal direct electro optic
modulating.
