摘要
针对目前频率规划中存在的问题，提出了利用专家系统、模糊推理和遗传算法等来克服手工频率规划和电子地图要求极高的障碍，从而在缺少电子地图的情况下。
Aiming at the problems existing in the present frequency planing, this article proposes a method to overcome the obstacle of handwork frequency planning and high demand of electro nic map, using expert system, fuzzy inference and genetic algorithm. So that it gives out a more precise frequency planning scheme with the aid of expert experience and knowledge while using the genetic algorithm even if in void of premise electronic map.
