摘要
我国移动通信发展十分迅速,国内不少城市一直处于新建、增容、再增容不断发展的阶段.这给网络规划和优化以及频率规划提出了严峻的挑战.到目前为止,我国尚无自己独立自主开发的网络优化软件包,特别是没有频率规划软件.智能频率规划方法通过引入专家系统和遗传算法,较好地解决了利用软件进行频率规划存在的问题.
Aiming at the problems existing in the present frequency planning, this article proposes a method using expert system, improved genetic algorithm and layer technique, etc. to overcome the obstacles in manual frequency planning, including high requirements for electronic map and bandwidth intensity. With the aid of expert experience and knowledge while using the genetic algorithm, a more precise frequency planning scheme can be achieved even in lack of precise electronic map. Meanwhile, a few improved fuzzy approximation inference methods are proposed. In addition, the intelligent multi-layer frequency planning CAD software packet is developed and the simulation results are given out.
