摘要
本文对码间串扰信道提出一种新的减少状态序列估值,利用线性均衡的判决信息可大大减少Viterbi算法的状态。对于记忆长度L较短且线性均衡效果较好的信道,利用随L仅呈线性增长的复杂度可显著改善线性均衡的性能并接近最大似然序列估值的性能。本文还分析了利用判决反馈均衡来减少状态所带来的问题。
In this paper;we proposed a new reduced state sequence estimator for intersymbol interference(ISI)channels.The states can be greatly reduced using information from the decisions of linear equalization(LE).For mild ISI channels with short memory length(L),the new estimator can greatly improve the performance of LE and approachs to Maximum Likelihood Sequence Estimation(MLSE)with the complexity increasing only linearly with L.The problem existed when decision feedback equalization is used to reduce the states of Viterbi algorithm is also analysed.
