摘要
5-(4-氨基苯基)-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉与乙酰水杨酰氯反应,然后水解得到水杨酸修饰的卟啉,进而与高级脂肪酰氯反应,得到一种新的高级脂肪酸/水杨酸修饰的卟啉.化合物结构经1H-NMR,HR-MS,UV光谱证实.
Aspirin porphyrin is produced by treatment of 5-(4-aminophenyl)-10,15,20-triphenyl-porphyrin with acetyl-salicyloyl chloride. After deprotection of acetyl, high fatty acid moiety is attached to porphyrin by reaction of hydroxy at salicylic moiety with high fatty acyl chloride. The structures of new compounds are characterized by ^1H NMR, HR-MS and UV spectra.
