摘要
目的建立检测人血中美洛西林IgM和IgG抗体的微柱凝胶免疫法。方法O型人红细胞在pH=9.6的巴比妥缓冲液中经美洛西林针剂致敏后,与待检血清中美洛西林抗体在微柱凝胶上可发生免疫结合而出现凝集。结果待检的76份血清中有9份呈IgM和IgG抗体阳性。结论微柱凝胶免疫法可用于检测人血中美洛西林的IgM和IgG抗体,方法简便、灵敏、重复性好。
Objective To establish a microcolumn gel immunoassaying method for the determination of IgM and IgG antibodies of mezlocillin in human serum.Methods The red blood cells of O blood group were sensitized by mezlocillin in the barbital buffer solution(pH=9.6),and 1 h later the sensitized red blood cells could conjugate the antibodies of mezlocillin in detected serum and develop agglutination.Results When the hatching time was 20 min and the centrifugal speed was 1 030 r/min,there were 9 cases of serums with IgM and IgG positive reaction in 76 cases of serums.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,and accurate,which is suitable for the assaying of IgM and IgG antibodies of mezlocillin in human serum.
