摘要
目的:观察老年大鼠血浆环核苷酸的变化及人参,黄芪的调节作用。方法:放射免疫分析法。结果:老年大鼠cAMP,cGMP含量显著高于青年大鼠,但cAMP/cGMP比值降低(P<005),人参,黄芪均可以纠正这三项指标的改变,使之与青年大鼠接近。结论:对血浆环核苷酸的调节是人参和黄芪抗衰老作用的一个方面。
Objective: The plasma cyclic nucleotides contents of aged rats and the regulatory action of Ginseng and Huangqi (Astragalus membranaceus) were studied. Methods: cAMP and cGMP were determined with radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results: It was found that cAMP and cGMP contents of old rats were both significantly higher than young controls, while cAMP/cGMP ratio was significantly lower ( P <0 05). Parallel experiments revealed that when aged rats were treated for 6 months by daily oral administration of Ginseng or Huangqi form 19 months old, the plasma cAMP and cGMP contents were significantly lower than untreated aged rats, while cAMP/cGMP ratio was significantly higher. Conclusion: Ginseng and Huangqi both have an regulatory effect on the plasma cyclic nucleotides of aged rats and this may contribute to their antiagting action.
