摘要
本文观察了辨证治疗急性脑梗塞血浆环核苷酸的变化。将50例急性脑梗塞患者随机分为中药组和西药组治疗,用放射免疫法测定血浆中的cAMP和cGMP。91例正常人作为健康对照。治疗前,cAMP水平降低,cGMP水平增加,cAMP/cGMP比值降低。治疗后,cAMP增加,cGMP降低,cAMP/cGMP比值增加。中药组恢复速度较西药组快。结果显示,中药辨证治疗可以明显改善急性脑梗塞病人血浆环核苷酸的代谢失调,其疗效优于西药对照组。
50 cases of acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups - Traditional Chinese Medicine group (TCM group) and Western Medicine group (WM group),In addition, 91 health subjects served as controlled. cAMP, cGMP in plasma were de-termnined with radioimmunoassay. Before treatment , the results shown that the levels of cAMP were decreased and cGMP were increased. The cAMP/cGMP ratio were decreased.after treatment. cAMP were increased, cGMP were decreased, and the cAMP/cGMP ratio were increased. As for the recovery of TCM group was more quickly than WM-group- These results suggested that the metobolic disorder of cAMP and cGMP could be obviously improved by treatment based on differentiation of syndromes,the curative effects of TCM group were better than that of WM group.
