摘要
关于《黑格尔法哲学批判》的研究,主要涉及两个方面:一是它在马克思主义哲学史上的定位,主要有世界观转变完成说、优势过渡说、旧哲学基础说及回归原意说,其中,优势过渡说和回归原意说持论更为允当。二是市民社会理论在其中的意义和价值问题,代表性的观点有市民社会决定者说、市民社会前提者说、市民社会非主旨说和市民社会理论原则说。市民社会理论在《黑格尔法哲学批判》中具有重要地位。
The researches on Critics of Hegel＇s Philosophy of Right mainly focus on two aspects：first,its position in the history of Marxist philosophy with its main theories such as transformation of world view,dominantly transition,old philosophy basis,and regression to original intention.Among these theories,the second and the forth theories seem more reasonable.Second is the significance and value of the theory of civil society in the history of Marxist philosophy.By introducing some representative theories,we can see clearly that be it a determinative factor,or a premise,or a minor factor,or only a principle,there＇s no doubt that the theory of civil society indeed plays a very important role in the whole book.
