摘要
用反相高效液相色谱测定补肾宁片中淫羊藿甙含量。淫羊藿甙与其相邻峰的分离度是１．８；理论板数按淫羊藿甙峰计算是１６９７；对照品线性范围是４．８８～７８．０２μｇ／ｍｌ，回归方程Ｙ＝０．００００７１８７ｘ＋２．１２４，ｒ＝０．９９９８，平均回收率９９．４％，ＲＳＤ为０．４８。此法操作简便。
A quantitative method was
developed for the determination of icariin in Bushenning tablet by reversed phase HPLC.The
number of theoretical plates calculated by Icariin peak was 1697,R=1 8.The standard curve was
linear in the concentration range of 4 88～78 02μg/ml,and correlation coefficient was 0
9998.The average recovery and the relative standard deviation were 99 4% and 0
48%,respectivily.
