摘要
目的探讨脑静脉系统血栓形成(cerebral venous thrombosis,CVT)临床表现及其与同型半胱氨酸的关系。方法报道两例伴高同型半胱氨酸的CVT患者,同时进行相关文献复习。结果 1例CVT患者,临床主要表现为癫痫持续状态,另一例以头痛、高级皮质功能障碍为主。两例患者均伴有同型半胱氨酸增高,且均排除传统CVT危险因素;结合文献,高同型半胱氨酸可能是CVT发病相关因素之一,有待更多临床研究证实。结论 CVT临床表现多样,无特异性;同型半胱氨酸应列为CVT患者病因的常规检测项目。
Objective To explore the clinical aspects of cerebral venous thrombosis （CVT）, and the association of homocysteine （Hcy） with CVT. Methods Two cases of CVT with hyperhomocysteinemia （HHcy） were reported, and the related literatures were reviewed. Results One patient developed status epilepticus, and another presented with headache and disorders of higher cerebral function. HHcy was diagnosed in both patients. No other causes but HHcy were diagnosed in both patients. HHcy might be suggested as an independent risk factor for CVT, although which needs to be tested by advacing investigation and experiments. Conclusions CVT has no single pattern of presentation. Measurements of plasma Hcy should be included in thrombophilia screening.
