摘要
随着招生规模的持续增长,我国高等教育正在走向后大众化时代。然而,高校间非合作博弈与无序竞争现象却日益严重,突出表现在争夺公共资源的零和博弈,分工模糊的市场竞争,以及学术声誉的"瑜亮式"角逐等方面,给高等教育发展造成难以承受的效率损失。依据合作博弈理论与学术资本的聚集效应和可共享性,高校间的协调与联合策略能提高整体收益,而区域集群是催生高校间合作博弈的有效组织机制。为创造合作博弈空间,促进高校集群发展,必须建立公正的公共资源分配制度、有序的分工协调制度和多元评价制度。
With the continuous growth of the enrollments,higher education in China is heading for post massification stage.However,the non-cooperative game and disorder competition between colleges is getting more and more serious,causing unbearable inefficiency,which is profoundly manifested in zero-sum game of fighting for public resources,chaotic market competition,and Derby rivalry of academic prestige.According to the cooperative game theory,and agglomerative and sharing propensity of academic capital,the strategy of cooperative game between colleges will improve the overall revenue.Then regional agglomeration is the effective mechanism of cooperation game.In order to create cooperative game space and promote the agglomerative development of colleges,impartial allocation system of public resources,orderly division and coordination system,and pluralism evaluation system should be established.
