溶栓剂的安全有效应用
摘要
人体发生血管内的急性血栓栓塞性疾病,致使供血器官组织发生相应的缺血性病理生理变化,以至于产生不可逆的重要脏器衰竭,如急性心肌梗死、脑梗死、肺栓塞等。及时的给予溶栓剂治疗，使闭塞血管再通，重要脏器迅速获得血液再灌注，扼制脏器衰竭的发生是很好的治疗方法。而且溶栓治疗需要的医疗保障环境相比于介入治疗，相对简易可行。
