摘要
目的:构建ICU专科护士培训评价指标体系。方法:采用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定了ICU专科护士培训评价指标体系的指标、权重及内涵,并进行一致性检验。结果:确立设有一级指标4个、二级指标9个、三级指标29个组成的ICU专科护士培训评价指标体系。结论:ICU专科护士培训评价指标体系的建立可使培训机构作为自评的依据、卫生行政部门考核培训效果的工具,对加强ICU专科护士队伍建设、确保ICU专科护士培训质量,从而提高整个医疗队伍素质有着重大和深远的意义。
Objective: To establish evaluation index system of ICU nurse specialist training. Methods: We set up the index, weight and implication of evaluation index system of ICU nurse specialist training following the Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and then we test its logical consistency. Results: A evaluation index system of ICU nurse specialist training consisting of 4 level one indicators,9 level two indicators and 29 level three indicators. Conclusion: The evaluation index system of ICU nurse specialist training could work as the basis for self-assessment of training institutions and a tool for assessing the training effectiveness for health authorities. It might me important in strengthening ICU nurse specialist training, ensuring training quality and improving professional abilities of the entire medical staff.
