摘要
本文研究了微量锌(0~0.1%)对15%Cr-3%C铸铁的组织、机械性能和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:微量锌使共晶碳化物的形态发生变化;使铸态抗弯强度提高;经热处理后,微量锌使冲击韧性和耐磨性明显提高。尤以加入0.01%左右的锌效果最好。
The paper deals with the influence of trace Zn(0~0.1%) on structure, mechanical properties and wear-resistant property of 15%Cr-3%C casting iron.The results shown that strace Zn has alternated the pattlern ofeutectic carburet resulting in increasing the as-cast bonding strength and also the impact toughness after heat-treatmant evidently The effect will be specially best when Zn addition is about 0.01%.
